How to care for your carafe:
- Wash before using.
- To maximize the thermal performance, pre-heat or pre-cool the carafe prior to each use by filling it with hot or cold water, as applicable. Let the product sit for a few minutes and then empty out the water.
- No chlorinated detergents should be used to clean the carafes.
- Lid should be washed by hand using mild soap.
