The Eureka Olympus, with its easy setting system, offers stepless micro-metric regulation, and is
suitable for the preparation of espresso and all other the filter coffee varieties. Equipped with larger 75mm
burrs, and customized high-performing engine, this grinder is capable of attaining a high level of grind
consistency and on-going grind accuracy in electronic dosing all viewed on a programmable digital display.
The "High Speed" special engine burrs set, allows these Eureka grinders to reach high dispensing speeds at
1400Rpm while preserving quality coffee. Silent when used at home or in a cafe, the Olympus offers an exclusive
anti-vibration solution that reduces the grinding noise by approximately 20 dB compared to other conventional
grinders, and paves the way for quiet functionality.
Due to its regulating action over the coffee outflow, the Eureka's unique ACE System technology ensures
an incomparable cleanliness and dose consistency while eliminating the electro-static charge from brew coffee and
also eliminating clumping. This Eureka Olympus is a robust, yet sleek grinder with superior accuracy that comes
with 1600g hopper on top a die-cast aluminium body, chrome finish.
