Kayon Mountain farm was started in 2012 with the aim of producing top quality coffee in a socially and environmentally responsible way.
Local villages are paid to help harvest the crop from December - February. The fresh picked cherries are sorted and graded. This grade one lot was naturally processed on raised beds for roughly 20 days. While on the raised beds the coffee is meticulously monitored, sorted and turned to ensure the best quality natural process.
