Notch Coffee Drip – Barrel-Aged Kenya Kahete AA (340g)
This latest in Notch’s series of barrel-aged collaboration coffees is this AA Kenyan coffee from Gitugi, which has been aged in French oak barrels for 30 days prior to roasting. The barrels were carefully selected from among those used by Quails Gate Estate Winery, located in the Okanagan Valley, in the production of their award-winning 2016 Merlot. The flavour profiles of the wine and the coffee complement each other nicely, delivering a well-balanced, sweet sensation with notes of darker stone fruits and medium mouthfeel. A great seasonal offering, perfect for those looking to explore a fruit-forward coffee experience.
