The "High Speed" special engine burrs set, allows these Eureka grinders to reach high dispensing speeds at 1400Rpm while preserving quality coffee. Silent when used at home or in a cafe, the Olympus offers an exclusive anti-vibration solution that reduces the grinding noise by approximately 20 dB compared to other conventional grinders, and paves the way for quiet functionality. 

Due to its regulating action over the coffee outflow, the Eureka's unique ACE System technology ensures an incomparable cleanliness and dose consistency while eliminating the electro-static charge from brew coffee and also eliminating clumping.
