Coffee Cupping

Learn to cup, taste, and evaluate a variety of coffees, through the same procedure used by professional Q-graders! Tour the tasting wheel and hone your perception of characteristics like aroma, flavour, acidity, body, and mouthfeel in this immersive multi-sensory experience.

Espresso 101

Making great espresso is both science and art. With a little know-how and practice, however, it can be mastered at home. Learn how factors like grind, dose, tamp, temperature, and pressure affect espresso quality, and perfect the techniques for pulling café-quality shots in this fundamental course.

Latte Art 101

You've coveted your barista's latte art skills long enough — now it's your turn! Master the steaming, texturizing, and pouring techniques used by the pros to create exquisite works of coffee art

Latte Art 201

This course is a step up from Latte Art 101, designed for home and café baristas who have mastered steaming and pouring fundamentals and want to learn to pour more intricate latte art. Build on basics like the heart and the rosetta to create the tulip, the swan, the phoenix, and more.
Completion of our Latte Art 101 course is NOT mandatory, but participants should have prior latte art experience.
