B.C. COVID Protocol Update

Masks are mandatory, and following the provincial health regulations, proof of vaccination will be required for attending any of our classes. You can show proof of vaccination with one of the types of official immunization records below:

  1. The BC Vaccine Card (Save it in your phone, print it or get a paper copy in the mail)
  2. An outside-of-BC immunization record (accepted if you are visiting BC)

Masks are Mandatory In-store

Note that masks are not a substitute for practicing social distancing. Please try to maintain a 2-metre perimeter between yourself and others at all times. We take our responsibility to protect our team and customers seriously and expect these steps to be followed while in-store. If you cannot wear a mask for medical reasons, we request that you wear a face shield. We will supply one if needed.

Entering the Store

We request all customers sanitize their hands and sign in when entering the store.

  • Saturday & Sunday – 9:00am to 5:30pm

Our Current Protocols

  1. Frequent sanitization of surfaces like keyboards, counters, payment consoles, door handles, etc.
  2. Frequent hand-washing and sanitation amongst staff
  3. Encouragement of contactless payment methods (tap) instead of cash
  4. Use of paper cups instead of ceramics
  5. Mandated stay-at-home policy for staff that feel at all unwell
  6. Longer store hours to help limit the number of customers in the store at one time
  7. Our team is working in staggered shifts and work from home whenever possible
  8. Monitor our team’s temperature daily
