Connect coffee-lovers with the right tools, supplies, and equipment for their specific needs, crafted by some of the finest brands in the industry, and build long-lasting relationships with a wide spectrum of customers! If you thrive in a team environment with lots of opportunities for growth (and all the coffee you can drink!), this could be the job for you.

Responsibilities include:

    • Continually cultivating knowledge of brands, machines, and other products we carry
    • Greeting and assisting customers that visit our showroom
    • Demonstrating how to use and clean machines for customers
    • Fielding telephone and email inquiries
    • Monitoring inventory and maintaining an attractive showroom display
    • Using our POS system to accurately record customer data and purchases
    • Contributing ideas for marketing and sales campaigns
    • Keeping the showroom and barista lab clean at all times

We look for integrity, reliability, initiative, enthusiasm, resilience, and resourcefulness in all of our prospective salespeople. Experience with basic website maintenance is an asset.

SERVICE TECHNICIAN (Home & Commercial) — Monday to Friday

Restore home and commercial espresso equipment made by industry-leading brands like Rocket, La Marzocco, Rancilio, Jura, and more to full working order — and enjoy the subsequent gratitude of their coffee-loving owners! Here's your chance to immerse yourself in the inner workings of finely engineered machines — to troubleshoot, repair, clean, and calibrate a wide range of specialty apparatuses within a rapidly growing craft industry.

Responsibilities include:

    • Continually cultivating knowledge of brands, machines, and other products we carry
    • Providing estimates for repairs, following documented policies and procedures
    • Completing repairs (on-site or in-house) and paperwork in a timely fashion
    • Providing technical support for sales staff
    • Checking machines in for service
    • Maintaining a clean and orderly workspace

Job requirements include:

    • High school diploma or equivalent with some background in mechanical and/or electrical fields
    • Excellent oral and written English
    • Customer service experience
    • Ability to troubleshoot and use multiple approaches when necessary to solve a problem
    • Dedication to upholding a respectful, inclusive team environment
