The SBS (Saeco Brewing System) allows you to prepare all kinds of coffee - from an Espresso to a "regular" coffee always with the signature crema on top, simply by turning the SBS regulator on the front of the machine by the brew dispenser. A large silver dial is the key to the operation; simply turn it to choose from 1 to 8 oz. coffee size. The dial is numbered from 1 to 8 for ease of use. Press either the large single or double button to grind, tamp, dose and brew your drink.

The new Saeco Incanto Rondo features the new, larger 12 gram brew group for an even richer espresso plus 7 grinder fineness settings to control the strength of the espresso! Saeco has chosen to construct the grinding burrs in the Incanto S-series series from ceramic, which provides an even grind, quieter operation and longer life. The SBS dial on the front of the brewing dispenser regulates the pump output pressure of the machine. In the full clockwise position you get the intense and flavourful espresso experience. The more the SBS knob is rotated left, the more pressure and brewing water are bypassed and the the coffee becomes more like an American style long (drip) coffee, but with more flavour and crema on top! The Saeco Incanto solves the dilemma of different household members wanting different styles of coffee.

5 year Warranty on the Coffee Brew Group The Incanto Rondo has coffee pre-infusion for maximum flavour extraction. Hot Water for tea, etc. is available at the touch of a button. A swivel base allows easy positioning. Used "coffee pucks" are ejected into an internal "dregs drawer", which is accessed by opening the front door.

The removable, double dispensing head slides up/down and front /back to adjust to different size cups. With the unit slid back there is a full 5 3/4" of cup clearance!

The Incanto Rondo's 2.0 liter water reservoir holds enough water for 30 espresso's or about 10 cups of coffee. It can easily be refilled while it is still on the machine or by removing it with the easy-grip handle. The reservoir is made of clear ABS plastic so checking the water level is a breeze. When the water runs low, the display light will remind you to refill the water reservoir. The 4-stage Aqua Prima filter is included and even provides a low level of water softening, thereby helping to protect your machine between descaling cycles. More filters and descaler are available separately from Espressotec.

Maintenance: Like all Saeco's, the Rondo features a patented and industry leading easy-to-remove coffee brewing group. Simply quick-rinse the whole coffee-brew assembly in the sink. This should be done about once a week or each time the bean hopper is filled. With the included brew group key the coffee screen can be removed periodically for a more thorough cleaning.
