We can provide a technician to repair or perform routine service on your espresso equipment. Our Senior Technician has 15 years experience. Please call us at 604 244-7989 to set up an appointment for a service call. We carry a wide selection of espresso parts for most major brands of commercial espresso machines.
If you are shipping us a commercial espresso machine, you must e-mail or fax us for a repair authorization number (RA#) before shipping. You must include a description of the problem and any other work you would like done (i.e. tune-up). We will provide a estimate ($50.00 Cdn. Charge If Repair Work Is Declined) upon hook-up and bench test of your machine. Units must be shipped (heated shipping in cold months is mandatory) transportation prepaid and insured. Return shipping and insurance charges will apply. We will not be responsible for damages due to shipping.

We encourage our commercial espresso machine customers to schedule an appointment and to bring your espresso machine to us and save! The advantages are many. Our in-house shop rate is considerably less than our "truck rate", there are no travel time charges to consider and because we have a fully set up shop we can work much faster and more efficiently than in your restaurant or coffee bar, again saving you money. We are often able to accommodate you in the evening and on weekends. We can often do the repairs "while you wait", and if necessary, we will provide you with a loaner.

Contracted Installation Service of our espresso machine equipment is available across Eastern BC & Canada. In cases where the customer installs a commercial espresso machine or contracts an installation provider/other third party, the customer is responsible for the labour warranty.

Home & Office Espresso Machines

E-mail or fax us for a repair authorization number (RA#) before shipping us your unit. We will provide a estimate ($35.00 Cdn. Charge If Repair Work Is Declined) upon full analysis of your machine. Units must be shipped transportation prepaid and insured. Return shipping and insurance charges will apply. We will not be responsible for damages due to shipping or improper packaging. We recommend that your machine be double boxed with some cushioning material.

It is very important to ship via heated truck in the winter months to prevent serious damage to the internal parts of your machine (which may still contain water).
